Definitions

Goods means any item or items offered for sale on this web site by the seller from time to time.

The seller of the goods is 'Vintage Lifestyle' of 4 Shepherds Close, Odstock, Salisbury, Wiltshire. SP5 4JF. UK.

The Customer is the person or persons purchasing goods from the seller.

Item Descriptions

The seller warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this web site are of satisfactory quality and meet the descriptions displayed on this web site.

All descriptions of goods are offered in good faith and to the best of our ability and knowledge.

When you register an interest in an item, we will contact you via email with the shipping cost and any further information you may require.

Contract of Sale

No contract for the sale of goods shall arise until the customer has paid the purchase price and all additional charges in full.

Payment

All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling and do not include any speciality packaging, shipping costs or local taxes.

We accept personal cheques drawn in Pounds Sterling on a UK bank, and bank/wire transfers.

We also accept payment in Euros or US dollars.

In addition, we accept PayPal payments.

International cheques, bank/wire transfers and payment in currencies other then Pounds Sterling are all subject to a bank charge.

Delivery

Goods will be packed for shipment using recycled materials where possible.

Goods will be scheduled for delivery when we receive payment in full, including postage and packing charges.

We will always make an effort to have your goods delivered as soon as possible but will not be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control such as shipping company delays or related issues.

Whilst we will make every reasonable effort to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out at any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Delivery of the goods shall be made to your address and you agree to make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

If your goods will be delivered later than expected we will inform you immediately.

Returns

From the day after you receive your goods, you have 7 working days to cancel your order. You may be charged for the cost of returning the item. The item purchase price will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. The initial shipping cost will only be refunded if an item has been grossly misrepresented. PLEASE NOTE that vintage clothing is a non returnable item, please check the measurements carefully.

Vintage Lifestyle want you to be fully happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please email or call us as soon as possible before you return the item so we can work out the best route of return.

Your Privacy

We will not share customer or visitor details with any third party, nor send unsolicited mail to any visitor using this web site.

Law

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law.
